Today we went on a family adventure to see California’s super bloom. The traffic was insane and I assumed it would be super crowded, but long story short, we ended up in the right place at the right time and a sheriff pointed us in the opposite direction of traffic to a dirt road. We had a nearly private experience which was beyond magical and something we will never forget.

This weekend I had to deal with a family emergency that left me physically and mentally drained. Thankfully everything is fine, but as a result I decided to take a short break from my regular clients and work on a few things for my favorite dude. I’m making a few updates to his big boy room and this is the overall outcome. Since his nursery was never that “baby” there isn’t much to do, a new bed, stars on the wall, and a nightstand. One of the more difficult choices has been the new light fixture I want to add. Check out my stories for a more complete vision of the room and to vote for your favorite light. Over a decade ago I had the honor of meeting this icon at a private event in Beverly Hills. I’m not sure how or why I got invited but I will never forget the experience of meeting such a legend. Thank you for sharing your creative beauty with us all your talent will surely be missed.
